We are pleased to announce that Penske Truck Leasing has recognized Staveley Services Fluids Analysis with the 2007 Supplier Award for Support Components.-- Staveley Services was presented with the award in Scottsdale, Arizona during a formal ceremony at the 2008 Penske Truck Leasing Team Conference in February. Each quarter Penske Truck Leasing submits a survey to their personnel ranging from Vice Presidents to District Service Managers to rate each of their thirty-two main suppliers.- These suppliers represent all aspects of the transportation industry including engine manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, tire companies, and various other accessory suppliers.- The quarterly surveys are averaged together each year to determine vendor improvement and overall ratings.- In addition to having the highest overall survey score in the support components category; Staveley was recognized for supplemental training for district and branch service managers and collaboration with various six sigma projects. Over the years Staveley Service's management team has worked diligently to adapt to Penske's changing needs.- Our laboratories located in Atlanta, Georgia and Burlington, Ontario provide testing, training, and consulting for over 700 Penske locations. -In addition to the 2007 Support Components award, Staveley Services was recognized with the Most Improved Supplier award for Accessories in 2001 through 2003 and Most Improved Supplier in 2000 and Best Overall Supplier in 2006. |

| Metrology Services Receives Pressure Calibration Extension |

Staveley Services Canada's Metrology Services division has been granted a certified scope extension in the area of Pressure Calibration to 16,000 lbs by the National Research Council of Canada's Calibration Laboratory Assessment Service. Our new certified capability in the area of pressure calibration covers a wide range of multi-vendor pressure gauging and process calibration equipment and offers customers an enhanced level of "one stop" service for the majority of their calibration needs. Staveley Services Canada's Metrology Services division has been granted revised ISO/IEC -17025-2005 registration for Calibration and Testing at both its Montreal, Quebec and Burlington, Ontario locations. Staveley Services Canada Laboratory operations have held various ISO/IEC accreditations for calibration and testing by the Standards Council of Canada since 1978. The Standards Council of Canada is a not for profit government body formed by an Act of Parliament. ISO-17025-2005 has replaced the former ISO/IEC-17025-1999. Of note, any former reference to Quality Systems has been replaced by Management Systems with supporting clauses that the include quality, management and technical systems that govern laboratory operation. |

| Staveley Services Fluids Analysis Announces Changes to Praxis- |

Staveley Services Fluids Analysis (SSFA) is pleased to announce that phase two development of our online customer interface, praxis, is well underway. The new features and functionality will be released in multiple stages. Once complete, praxis will include a diverse set of advanced management reports and statistical analysis tools and other improvements in appearance and functionality throughout the site. Effective May 22, 2007, Staveley is releasing the following upgrades to praxis:- May 2007 Changes:
New Report:
A new management report, Transit Time, is now available for praxis customers. This report helps the end user to determine the amount of time it takes for a sample to reach the laboratory for processing. Name Changes:
Existing praxis users will notice name changes to some existing management reports. The newly named reports better define their functions. The Oil Interval and Extended Drain report will now be titled Fluid Age and Condition, and the Chronic Alarm report will now be the Component Watch report. The existing praxis web platform will continue to grow and improve with new features planned for release during the summer of 2007. Staveley Services Fluids Analysis (SSFA) is pleased to announce that Phase 1 of our new online customer interface, praxis- launched July 1st. The new online application is an enhancement to the oil, coolant and fuel analysis services we provide to customers. The web platform simplifies how customers retrieve and utilize their oil analysis data. praxis- will be implemented in two phases with Phase 2 is scheduled for a Fall release. Phase 2 will include many improvements to existing features, additional management reports and new functions. | EPA Approved Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel Testing |

Staveley Services Fluids Analysis is proud to announce its EPA approval for testing Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel (ULSD) at its Chicago, Illinois location.- Newly mandated by the government, refineries must begin producing a new diesel fuel with 97% less sulfur for the over-the-road market segment. This new fuel is known as Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel and will be made available in all filling stations by October 15, 2006. Our Chicago, IL laboratory coordinates with our network of labs throughout the country to properly route ULSD samples for testing. In addition to providing ULSD testing, our Chicago laboratory has a full slate of related diesel fuel testing capabilities.
