Information collected is not shared with any organization or individual not involved with the management of your specific fluid analysis program.  Dealers, district managers and private label program representatives who include you in their hierarchal relationships, may have permission to access your test result data.

The one exception to this non-disclosure policy is that, although unlikely, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide information to the appropriate governmental authorities.  In these cases, we will provide this information as and to the extent we have determined that the disclosure of any such information is appropriate.
